Overview of Teaching and Research
Prof. Wang has long been committed to researches of genomics and new variety selection of foxtail millet. He has successively presided over 9 projects of national key R & D projects, Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi, Research Project Supported by Shanxi Scholarship Council of China, and Agricultural science and technology innovation project of Shanxi Agricultural University, and participated in more than 10 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth), National key R & D Program of Shanxi, Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi (Youth), Science and technology innovation team of Shanxi, project of Shanxi Agricultural University and other projects. More than 30 papers have been published in international and national academic journals, of which 5 were included in SCI journal. He has obtained 3 national patents and won the 2nd prize of Shanxi Province Science and technology progress twice.
